  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled)
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk (or unsweetened dairy-free milk, almond, coconut, soy)
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup
  • ice cubes (optional)


  • Prepare the Berries: wash the strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries thoroughly. Remove the hulls from the strawberries.
  • Combine Ingredients: in a blender, combine the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, ripe banana, and unsweetened dairy-free milk.
