  • 1 Whisk or fork
  • 1 mixing bowl

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (225 g)
  • ½ cup buttermilk 2 (125 ml)
  • 1 tbsp parsley 1 (fresh -chopped)
  • 1 tbsp dill (fresh -chopped)
  • 1 tbsp chives (fresh -chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper


  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and buttermilk, until well combined.
  • Add the minced garlic, chopped chives, parsley, dill, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until the herbs are evenly distributed.
  • Adjust the consistency by adding more buttermilk if needed. 3
