  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 bowl
  • 2 salad plates


  • 4 oz pasta (or gluten free pasta)
  • 1 burrata
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp basil pesto
  • leaves basil


  • Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.
  • Cook the pasta, according to the package instructions (al dente). Drain and rince the pasta. Set aside.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
  • Cut the burrata into pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix pasta and pesto.
  • Arrange the pasta in 2 salad bowl. Top with cherry tomatoes and burrata. Salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle with basil leaves.


You can also add pine nuts and a drizzle of olive oil.
