  • 1 bowl


  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ½ lime juice
  • 2 tbsp water (adjust for desire consistency)
  • 2 tbsp honey (maple syrup)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic


  • Combine Ingredients: in a bowl, whisk together creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey or maple syrup and minced garlic.
  • Adjust Consistency: gradually add water to the mixture, whisking continuously, until you achieve the desired consistency. Add more water if you prefer a thinner sauce.
  • Taste and Adjust: taste the sauce and adjust the sweetness or saltiness according to your preference. You can add more honey, soy sauce, or a pinch of salt if needed.
  • Store or Use Immediately: use the Peanut Butter Sauce immediately as a dip, drizzle, or marinade. Alternatively, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
