  • 1 freezer friendly container
  • 1 blender


  • 2 bananas (ripe)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (creamy)
  • 1 tsp chocolate powder (no sugar added)
  • 3 tbsp milk (or non-dairy milk)


Freeze the Bananas

  • Peel and slice the bananas. Place them in a freezer friendly container.
  • Freeze the banana slices for at least 2 hours or until solid.

Blend the Ingredients

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen banana slices, creamy peanut butter and chocolate powder. If the consistency is too hard, adjust by adding some more milk.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure even blending.
