  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 sheet pan
  • 1 parchment sheet


  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • Preheat the oven to 415°F.
  • Peel your sweet potatoes and cut off both ends. Cut sweet potatoes into matchsticks (about 1/4″ inc and 3″ inch long.).
  • In a large mixing bowl, pour the sweet potatoes sticks, paprika, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix everything.
  • Place the sweet potato sticks in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  • Oven bake your fries for 15 minutes. Then flip them and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until crisp.
  • Serve fries while hot!
