  • 1 blender


  • 2 cups mango chunks (frozen) (300 g - or fresh mango chunks and ice cubes)
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain) (220 g - or dairy-free yogurt for a dairy-free option)
  • ½ cup orange juice (125 ml)
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • ½ tsp ginger (fresh -grated -optional, for a zesty kick)
  • leaves mint (for garnish -optional)


  • Prepare the Mango: if using fresh mango, peel and dice it into chunks. For a frostier texture, freeze the mango chunks ahead of time.
  • Assemble Ingredients: in a blender, combine the frozen or fresh mango chunks, plain yogurt or coconut yogurt, orange juice, honey or agave syrup (if using), and grated fresh ginger.
  • Blend Until Smooth: blend the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more orange juice to reach your desired texture.
  • Taste and Adjust: taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or agave syrup if necessary.
  • Serve and Garnish: pour the Mango Smoothie into glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a burst of freshness.
