Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • 2 slices uncured ham
  • butter
  • black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and heavy cream together until well combined. Season with a pinch of pepper.
  • Assemble the Sandwiches: Lay out two slices of bread. Butter them. Top on slice of bread with 1 slice of swiss cheese, 1 slice of ham and another slice of swiss cheese. Place the remaining bread slice on top.
  • Coat the Sandwiches: Dip each sandwich into the egg and heavy cream mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
