With a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a touch of sweetness, these cookies are the perfect confection for indulgent moments. Let's dive into the magic of these Cloudy Cookie recipe!

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 hand mixer
  • 1 baking sheet


  • 2 egg whites
  • tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • cup dark chocolate chips


  • Preheat your oven to 320°F.
  • Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Using your mixer, whip 3 snow whites.
  • Once they are firm, add 30g of brown sugar and leave to beat for 2 minutes.
  • Add the cornstarch while continuing to mix.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
  • Once your dough is ready, add the dark chocolate chips (keep some to pu on the top of each cookie before baking) and mix one last time, but especially delicately, using a spatula.
  • Place the remaining chocolate chips on top of your cookies.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
