  • 1 box grater
  • 1 peeler
  • 2 small bowls
  • 1 salad bowl



  • cup walnut
  • ¼ sun-dried raisins
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 apple (granny smith)

Salad dressing

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley


Salad dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients with a little salt and pepper.


  • Place the raisins to swell in a bowl of lukewarm water while you prepare the other ingredients, then drain.
  • Wash the apple and cut it into matchsticks.
  • Peel the carrots, shred them.
  • Place the carrots and apples in a salad bowl, drizzle with the vinaigrette then finish with the grapes and walnuts.
