  • ½ cup milk (125 ml - or plant-based milk)
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup) -optional, for added sweetness)
  • ice cubes (optional)

For the vegan version

  • 2 ripe bananas (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup dairy-free yogurt (220 g - soy, coconut, almond)
  • ½ cup plant-based milk (125 ml)
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup) -optional, for added sweetness
  • ice cubes (optional)
